These Terms govern your use of covertoptic.com and any quotation, sample order or purchase placed with CoverToptic (“we”, “us”). By using this website you accept these Terms.
1. Role of this website
This website presents product information for professional and business buyers. Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith; minor deviations and product revisions may occur. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer; orders are formed only upon our written order confirmation.
2. Quotations and orders
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, subject to stock and component availability.
- Prices are quoted per model and Incoterm agreed in writing (typically EXW or FOB); taxes and duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Sample orders may be charged; fees may be credited against subsequent bulk orders at our discretion.
3. OEM / ODM projects
Customization (firmware, housing, private label) is subject to a separate written agreement covering specifications, tooling costs, lead times, IP ownership of customizations and minimum order quantities.
4. Payment and delivery
Payment terms and delivery schedules are stated on the order confirmation. Title passes upon full payment; risk passes per the agreed Incoterm. Delivery dates are good-faith estimates.
5. Warranty and returns
Products carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects (the period stated on your order confirmation; commonly 12 months). See our Refund Policy for returns and RMA procedures. Warranty excludes misuse, unauthorized disassembly and normal wear.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, product photography and the CoverToptic name are our property or licensed to us. Products sold to you may be used in accordance with your order; our brand assets may not be used without written permission.
7. Lawful use
Our products are intended for lawful, legitimate applications. You are solely responsible for using products in compliance with all applicable laws, including privacy, recording-consent and surveillance regulations in your market.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
9. Governing law and contact
